Error and warning in Google Webmaster Tools

All of a sudden I started getting warnings and error messages from google webmaster tool.

URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL.

For Example
http://www.xxx.com/11539-post6.html
http://www.xxx.com/22414-post3.html
http://www.xxx.com/27235-post1.html

Also my indexed URL's dropped more than 50%...

Any suggestions? I have tried to delete my sitemap and regenerate them and am still getting the message

I noticed this error on 02/10/09.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem

Disable the showpost links in your sitemap, then delete sitemaps and regenerate.

Thanks for the quick reply, I have done that but am still getting the warnings and that particular sitemap is not indexed

I am not seeing any of the above links in your sitemap. Please try to delete sitemaps from google webmaster tools. Then resubmit them.

I deleted "the posts" before submitting this thread. I'll try that...

Thank you very much It's all good now, but my total URL dropped more than 50%, is this because I disabled show post from the sitemap generator? My indexed has also dropped.
