Error submitting to Google v2.6

This is the error I am getting.
Empty Sitemap
Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs. Please validate and resubmit your Sitemap.

Did you enter a path in the vbseo sitemap generator options? 99.9% of the time, this should be left blank.

I had the URL in that setting. I deleted it. I think this may have done it.

I am having the same issue, google not able to find the sitemap, and I did not enter any path in the vbseo sitemap generator options. My sitemap stopped working once I upgraded to vBSEO Sitemap Generator 2.6 Beta 2

I did all the steps mentioned in your previous posts..still no luck.

Any help is really appreciated.

what is the problem you are facing?

google webmaster tools shows a red X mark under status of the sitemap..and also it says 302 (Moved temporarily) for robots.txt file.

after several attempts...my site map is working fine..but having trouble with robots.txt file. google keeps giving me this error

but once I re-uplod the robots file it works fine and the status shows succeeded for one day and the next days its showing the same error.

Your robots file is loading correctly, sitename removed (note, its still in your link)

So, is it safe to ignore the message from google webmaster tools ? u think it might be a bug from there side ??

yeah, its possible. the robots file is loading without any redirects.

I have the same problem.

vboptions -> vbseo sitemap options.
uncheck the radio button next to include showpost urls.
save.

delete all xml.gz files from vbseo_sitemap/data folder

then, regenerate the sitemap manually from /vbseo_sitemap
