Error adding sitemap

I get this message at Google where I have submitted my site map

You have specified crimecasefiles.com as the preferred domain for this site. The information for this domain may not be complete. Please add the site crimecasefiles.com for more complete information.

Where can I start to find out how to fix this?

Is this how my sitemap URL should look.

Crime Case Files Network Site Map

That is not that type of sitemap. That looks like one of Boofo's addons.

This is what our sitemap generator looks like: http://www.vbseo.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz

Yes I did install that add on before I purchased vbseo
I thought that it would over write it when I installed vbseo.

Can you tell me how or where I can find some more info on this?

Should I submit a ticket?

But isn't that Boofo's site map?
I have that.

I thought that I was going to use the vbseo site map?

What I really mean is that I am rather confused
what should I do

You need to submit http://www.crimecasefiles.com/forum/...p_index.xml.gz file. You can also submit that link also.
