vBulletin 3.x Deleted Threads - not found in google webmaster tools

[symptome]

I see new entries in google webmaster tools which show thread-pages, which are already deleted a long time ago. (whole thread)
When I look at the pages which direct to those deletes pages, I see entries which are older and come from
... the forum where the thread was listed
... another page of the thread
... a sitemap address
...

How to fix that?

Webmaster tools is not real time. I can be delayed by several months.

As long as the deleted items properly 404, there is nothing to do.
