Database Error While Generating Sitemap - 3.8 Upgrade

I've just upgraded to 3.8 Gold and I re-generated my stemap and it started to enerate and then I got this error aft it stopped:

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'groupid' in 'where clause'

Will I have to change something in the main vbSEO settings as well, or do anything to adhere it to 3.8?

After I do that do I just run the sitemap gerator again? Should I delete all of the data first?

Once you have applied the fix, generate it again.

It should replace the files, as it would normally.
