Database error when running sitemap generator

I've just installed vBSEO but have been running the sitemap generator for a while without any problems.

I changed the settings to tell it that I now have vBSEO installed and that I wanted to include old urls, saved.

I then deleted the old sitemap files then manually ran the generator and this is what I get now...see pic.

I have checked that the /data folder is chmod 777 and it is.

These are my host settings so I think the memory is ok:

    Server Type Linux
    Web Server Apache v1.3.41 (cgi)
    PHP 5.2.5
PHP Max Post Size 10.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size 10.00 MB
    PHP Memory Limit 40.00 MB
    MySQL Version 5.0.51a-community
    MySQL Packet Size 16.00 MB

I have disabled the text sitemap and you can see my settings in the attached pic.

    Thanks for any help.

    PHP Memory Limit 40.00 MB

That's a little on the low side.

    64 is recommended. I personally run 128.

I've checked the page source and it says 'Your browser does not support frames', I've tried with FF and IE and same error.

It's a shared host so I would need to ask them...will let you know how I get on.

right click in the right hand frame (where the error is), and chose view source from the context menu.

choosing view source from the main tool bar will always show that message.

    I've fixed it.

I completely removed the product, deleted all associated files then installed it again. And it's working now.

Thanks for the help, sometimes it's good just to talk about it!
