Database error after running sitemap

Hi, I've been having a bit of a problem with sitemap, when i run sitemap generator i get the following error, i've done a bit of searching on here and it seems that the normal answer is to increase the wait_timeout, i emailed my host (vbulletinhosting.co.uk) and told tem about the error and what was required and they have doubled the wait_timeout for me, but i'm still getting the problem.

any ideas or help greatly appreciated

Also Make Sure you are using vBSEO Sitemap Generator Version 2.5 if you are use an old version this will be the reason of this problem
