Would it help with the timeout issues if I created smaller files...say 5000 lines each? I have re-checked Google and it downloaded the map 20 mins ago. I will see if it created an error later.

Any news on 1.7?

It may help to decrease sitemap file size.

We expect it to be ready for release this week along with vBSEO2.4.1

Hi guys,

Any news of 2.4.1 as I am still suffering this timeout issue and the option to re-commence log generations is what I am waiting for particularly!

I am desperate to submit the rest of my site as Google is having a field day on my site right now (3,000 Google bots+ per day)!

Update: we have installed a pre-release version of vBSEO Sitemap Generator 1.7 to get this issue solved.
The full sitemap was successfully generated using the new "resume generation" feature
