Question Cleanup HTML - working?

Hi,

I have turned on the HTML Cleanup function, but my HTML still looks unclean (ie lots of whitepace and comments)

Is this normal?

SPAM from this forum?

Hi,

I haven't received any answer on how to better compress the HTML.

However I had a few SPAM accounts posting in the thread linked form the post above.

Since my forum is not live yet, it would be really a big coincidence if the spammers didn't follow the link....

Strange.

First, you need to fix your footer. The vBSEO copyright must be visible.

Then, install the vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold which was released today and make sure your license key is shown in green, and the Clean Up HTML option is still enabled.

You should also set vBulletin to store CSS in a file instead of including it on every page.

As for the spam, it's very possible. vBSEO is a highly indexed site, so your post with your link is probably in the search engines now, which will allow people (and spammers) to find your site.
