Can not Verify in Google !!

Hi ,

today i noticed that my website is not verified in google anymore !! i made an html file from 2 years before and my website was verified . but now it is not .

here is the error that google shows me :

Verification status: NOT VERIFIED
We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a status of 200 (Success) in the header.

i'm sure file is ok and i can browse the file ! i tried to resubmit and reverify but i get error !

why is that ? and how can i fix it ?
