Angry Broken site vent

just wanted to vent a bit, im steaming out the ears right now

long of the short, I moved servers and my host screwed up by installing an older backup of my forum, no biggie right?

I submitted a ticket to ask to get vbseo installed and I was told to follow the instructions and do it myself. Well being a code nub I told myself I was a big boy now and could handle these things so I gave it a go. Not to bad, upload the xml, upload the folders and then your off and running..

well after uploading everything I get an error and it takes my site down.

I submit a ticket and am told its possibly a ftp issue. I made sure I uploaded in binary and even tried it with ftpvoyager with no success. Its been over an hour, my sites down and I dont know what else to do.
In my ticket I have requested that a reinstallation be done if possible

ill update once and if it gets done

not mad at anyone just frustrated beyond words right now..
