My problem is that I install vbseo sitemap in two sites. one is working good and I can see the Bots activity log. in the other site It is not show anything!
everything in two site are the same.
can you help me please?

Make sure you're running the latest vBSEO and vBSEO Sitemap, and make sure all your directory/file permissions are correct under the vbseo_sitemap data directory.

yes, that's has been done. I check the website that the log is working with and the hits folder have some files there. but the site that the log is not working does not have any files under the hits folder. I check the permission and it is 777. and I check the versions of both vbseo and vbsitemap and it is the latest.
I check the configuration in vbseo and it's also the same in the two websites.
