Blank pages after install, and BINARY mode was used to transfer files...

I don't know what the problem is... I install the files as I'm supposed to in binary mode, then once I import the XML file through the product manager, it immediately submits to a blank white page, and the whole forum = blank white pages. I told my host install Zend Optimizer: phpinfo() (this is the test.php file that you guys provided).

So what could be the issue?

    Thanks.

It looks like you didn't upload all the vBSEO files?

No i have those files removed because removing those 4 files in the /includes/ directory is what would fix the blank page problem so that I could actually access the community again. All the files *were* uploaded though.

I just tried uploading those 4 files again just to see what happened if I visited vbseocp.php, and it came up with that "create your username" screen but underneath it said the config file in /includes/ has to be writable so i chmodded it and the msg went away...

So then I tried uploading the .htaccess you guys provide, and the second I did that, I refreshed the vbseocp.php page and it wasn't found. (I assume this is normal).

So with all the files uploaded, I go to the admincp and click on the Manage Products and the submit buttons and stuff don't have any captions, and the page just looks kind of busted (And this is *Without* the XML file having been installed).

    Hello Gary,

could you please open a support ticket with ftp/admincp access for installation?
