After SEO Install, No change in Link Hierarchy or Layout

I have installed VBseo, setup everyting as I normally do, Option 001 (Defaults) in General Options > Froum URLS

Anyway, I have used SEO for sometime, not a NooB. My links are not following the choices I make in SEO Options

For Instance With Out VBSEO they should look default VB install
    PHP Code:
    http://www.norcalcanyoncarvers.com/showthread.php?p=3#post3
With the VBSEO installed as I have it they should parse as
    PHP Code:
    http://www.norcalcanyoncarvers.com/[forum_title]
    Should they Not?

I have gone over twice, including scrubbing the install and re-install from scratch clean DB
