    Can I submit two sitmaps to Google in my webmaster tools with the same domain?

    Example www.domain.com
    www.domain.com/forums
    www.dentallabnetwork.com

    I just submitted my site yesterday, I never saw the submit sitemap option, the site has been up for a month now . With me submitting the site help with indexing?
