I just checked in google webmaster tools, how many indexed links I had indexed from my sitemap, and I saw this:

Total URLs: 1162808
Indexed URLs: 0

Seems to be bad. Maybe something is wrong with my sitemap?

yeah, well good news is im off the proxy as I am finally on a new server and new network. so now lets hope everything starts to pick up again. Any ideas on how long on average things may take to start picking up again? am I looking at months and months

I'm not quite sure. I might guess that they would start indexing you at a normal rate. However, I've never worked on a site that got moved behind a proxy and lost its search positioning before. Keep us posted.
