Check out https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit as an alternative to the regular sitemap submission page. You need a yahoo account I think but once you submit urllist.txt.gz it generates a site like the Google sitemaps page does.

I just added all my sites in the same manner as one would do with Google and Yahoo downloaded my sitemap almost immediately (using the other page, I've seen it show up in my download log only once over the past two months).

Maybe the 'submit yahoo sitemap' link could be changed in the future, since it looks like Yahoo is following Google's lead.

I add all my sitemaps including the ones that has been made for google and yahoo can download all of them with no mistake. Hope this will help my site better indexed by yahoo.
