Own description for Member Profile

Now we all have the same meta description by viewing a Member Profil.

I would create my own meta description for my Member Profil Page, because one reason: I have a german Board and english words in Meta Tags for Member-Profile Pages. I think its better, that Forums using vBSEO have different Phrases there and not all the same like "Name" is a "Title" in the "Forumname". View "Name"s profile.
