Zoints to vBSeo on VB 3.8.6

Hello,

I currently have Zoints SEO installed on a vb 3.8.6 forum. I would like to upgrade to vBSEO but cannot afford to lose ANY links or have anything that will hurt my site. Is it possible to clone the zoints seo mod_rewrite rules to keep all the url's the same, even with exclusion words? Also, can vBSEO support staff help / do this for me?

I also currently have VBSEO Sitemap Generator installed.

vBSEO offer an option to customize url rewrite settings. Therefor it is not very hard to achieve the same rewrite format you use on Zoints. We don't offer a service that customize url rewrite settings however you can always post any of your questions and our staff will be able to offer you support both on forums and within our Support Ticket system.

Okay, do licenses expire?

Yes , licenses expire after 1 year however after expiration you can still continue to use the vBSEO version you have on your site. License renewal fee is 35$ and you can order it anytime you want.

So the license is good for updates? What about support?

The license once purchased lasts for 1 year. After that time, you can still run vBSEO on your site. If you wish to upgrade vBSEO to the latest version should there be one, and your license is expired, you have to pay $35 for another year of being able to download vBSEO.

Support and Update access are tied to the Active status of a license. It will be active for one year, then you will need to renew it to continue to receive updates and access Support.

I'm about to make the purchase but wanted to double check 1 more time with you guys that upgrading to VBSEO will not jeopardize my incoming links or url's. Below is what is in my .htaccess file.

As we explained before you can either customize vBSEO rewrite rules to match vBSEO or redirect your old rules via .htaccess to new vBSEO rewrite settings.
