Wrong order

Hello vbseo

This is my 3rd message. I've sent 2 emails to sales@crawlability.com and haven't gotten any response and i've waited for more than 12hrs.

I've realised i've purchased the wrong item. What i was supposed to do is to upgrade my version of vbseo 3.1.0 to 3.2.0
I totally didn't realise the (renew) button was there at the side of my account number at the downloads page.

instead i clicked You have 1 license(s) expired [x]
so it brings me to the same page.

I clicked upgrade as shows beside the "to access this download you must upgrade"
Download vBSEO 3.2.0 Download vBSEO 3.2.0
To access this download you must upgrade. Release date: July 4, 2008


So i purchase the $27 item instead. i didn't realise until now that i bought an upgrade SERVICE instead?

Please tell me what to do now? How can i reimburse the rest of the cash?

they mite let you send in the rest of the money ($8) seperatly via paypal or something?

I've purchased an upgrade to my license twice so far, every time it send me an e-mail saying my URL wasn't properly noticed.

Monday i purchased, send mail multiple times. I get zero replies to my e-mails, it's been a week, license purchased twice, no software.

I'm getting agitated, is it that hard to update my account??

Hey Tom, I will flag your account to get you a refund, then you will just repurchase through the correct link. That email is not monitored at all so we have not recieved anything. Sorry for the inconvenience here.

Like I said to tom, that email is not being monitored. Please PM me with the transactionid so I can track down your order and get it added to your account.

By the way, a little off topic here,
will 3.2.0 perform better a lot than 3.1.0? In terms of load and seo out of the box with the prior 3.1.0 settings?

The problems i am facing now is, server crashes during peaks, less now on this new server my buddy hosts. here are the specs:

Processor : Intel Quad Core Xeon 2.12Ghz (4 core)
RAM : 4 GB DDR2 667 Mhz
HDD : 500 GB SATA ENTERPRISE VERSION (replace with SCSI) + 80 GB SATA HDD
IP : 2

6mil monthly pages
110,000 uniques monthly.

vbseo gold is ment to work with all the new functions in 3.7.2 etc etc

There were some performance optimizations in vBSEO 3.2.0 GOLD. However, it was primarily a compatibility update for the latest version of vBulletin.

Is your site the only one hosted on the server?

yes, it's the only one hosted there. i've just upgraded to 8gig ram. i'll let you guys know how it goes.

say i really need to change the url structure now, the site has been running vbseo for a little more than a year now. what are the best ways to do it without drastically harming search index? and backlinks? there are quite a lot of urls actually.

i've been thinking really long about that question

If you decide to change the URL structure, you will need custom 301 redirects to format from the old format to the new.

Please post information about your current format, and the new intended format, and a staff member may be able to help you determine the correct htaccess directives.
