will vbseo work on windows running php 4.3.1

As some of you know I had vbseo worken fine and dandy and my host upgraded to php 5.1.16 and vbseo does not work with zend on that version. My host will not down grade back to 4.4.4 and will not install ioncube. well....

I have another site on a differnt host thats windows based. I was thinking about running my alcohol-injection site on the okgpc server. And I was going to move the okgpc site to a new account on thethe linux host and switch it from snitz to phpbb. "not buying vbb for such a small forum"

Can i get vbuliten and vbseo to work on this server? I was planing on doing this temp till PHP's new patch or zends new patch that fixes my problem. and then cancel the windows host and have both sites on the host thats giving me problems atm.

Now that vbseo not on my forum i notice a big differnce not having it. I just want to use it

in case of IIS server you will also need free ISAPI_Rewrite module installed (this is a mod_rewrite alternative for iis).

k, well i guess that another strike. I don't even need to ask them. They will not install anything. I guess i just need to find a new host. This licens is burning a hole in my pocket.
