Will VBSEO mess my google rankings to start?

Just wodnering if I install this and it starts messing with URL's what will google think when it finds a page has disappeared or have I completely lost the plot?

I am not sure how will vBSEO mess up your site. Once you install vBSEO all your current indexed urls will be 301 redirected them to new url format. If you face any issues you are always welcome to create a support ticket so our staff can assist
