will vbseo gonna good for my forum with this stats

i have problem here .

when i put the new thread title in gogole search engine . it shows in tags

where i can find my thread listed with other tags threads.

is it normal ? second how often should i run the sitemap generator . i haven't change anything since i install it and let it run so now it gonna run tomorrow . so is this okay or should i reschedule it .

Since you aren't using vbseo, there's no proper character conversion.

okay . i am seeing results with vbseo sitemap . its good for sure to bring traffic .few things i would like to know about it .

i am running vbseo site map on alternate days .

two days before :

Run time :86,544.10 s

Total Urls :283,361

Change : +20,507

Today ;

Run time : 86,555.20 s

Total Urls : 263,948

Change : -19,413

What is change in this and why my total urls keep changing .
