Will my licence be valid if U upgrade to VB 4?

Hi, I am using vb 3.8.0 with phpfox. Phpfox will release V2.0 in the next few weeks, so I will be upgrading to that and VB 4.0.
If I buy vbseo now, will the licence be valid when I upgrade to VB 4.0 or shall I just wait?

    Thanks

Yes, all licenses are lifetime. Included for 1 year with the purchase is access to updates/support, regardless of version number.
After that first year, there is a $35 renewal fee to obtain access to the latest upgrades and support tickets.
