vBulletin costs $160, so this is less.

    Heh, exactly.

In addition, the price may seem high, but from my own experience, I cannot think of ANYWHERE else that I could have spent $149 that would have done to my forums what vBSEO has.

I have gone from PR3 on my main page to PR5, with my forums and categories being PR2 or 3, my gallery PR4 and even individual threads now have PR2!

I would recommend vBSEO to anyone who wants to increase traffic to, and promote their forums. Totally 100% excellent product, and the service is top notch.

*edit* Questions end with one of these little squiggly guys => ? *endedit*

vBulletin is $85/Year if you Lease, but you have to pay that each and every year. vBulletin is $160 to buy an Owned license.

vBSeo is 5 .php file with htaccess vBulletin more then 150+ .php file and it worth the 160$ they put alot of work on it .. i'm not trying to say that vBSeo is no good i mean the price is not right alot and also use Zend Optimizer why all this ..

I have Buy More then 20 Other Product i never find a company have use Zend Optimizer you never going to find a company use this .. if u did then this company is very poor

Actually with all due respect to you H2K- Zend Optimizer is used quite a lot, even IPB used it when they were offering trials.

I don't agree that the price is high, you want quality then you must be willing to pay for that quality- however, I would also like to see this unencrypted, just to ease the concerns of many (as to what the hidden code may or may not be doing in the background) I also believe that if unencrypted that vbSEO may very well see a larger percentage of customers (vbSEO is protected under copyright laws, and anyone who tries to reverse engineer the product could face major penalties… this would keep others from stealing your code)

There is a free "lite" version coming out at some point, though it will be missing a large percentage of the premium/paid version.
If you are serious about getting your forum as SEO as possible then you won't worry about the price...as the features which this offers are more than worth the price tag.

Heh, the converted are all turning into zealots.

vBSEO has given me some spectacular results, far better than I would have been able to find elsewhere.

You shouldn't really compare vBSEO with anything that is not an automated vBulletin mod_rewrite/SEO script.

Its like comparing apples with grapefruit. They are different things.

On the 'Its encrypted' subject...many commercial programs are encrypted. wwwwhmautopilot.com is one. It runs my hosting business' signup/account creation.
It handles credit card information and Personally Identifiable Information.

I trust the company that produces it to not do anything dodgy with my data, just as I trust vBSEO to do the same. For a company to do something like that would be suicide. Nobody would ever buy from them again.

As I said any Company encrypted their product it is poor.. WHMAutoPolot is very poor Go to WHM/SitePoint ask The WebHosting User About This Script and you will find your self ... a Larg Hosting Company/community site They will neverever Run Any Script that use Zend Optimizer if they do then i'm sorry i think i have wrong point ... but Experiences poeple can understand what can be hidden /Done with the Encrypted Script ..

    Edit

i know a few user here i dont need to add their name they already buy vBseo but they are not happy it for some reson

1- The Price Is really Hight
2- the Most importen "Zend Optimizer "

I am saying nothing new in the following essay...

Almost 95% of the scripts, we use on our computer are encrypted.

    - Microsoft windows and its all products are 100% encrypted including the troublesome internet explorer: why we trust them even when they leave so many security holes (my personal opinion) to be exploited by hackers.

    - We try our hands on thousands of sharewares from various know-unknow companies: They are mostly encrypted, being only executable files are given. We never make much ado about these scripts being encrypted and we trying out on our computer.

    - vBulletin and IPB are in business for a considerable period of time and have hired costly outsourced companies, which take care of the illegal usage of their products and piracies. Can we imagine three months old team with a new company, to sustain such a level of high expenditure, when they will be more interested in attaining break-even point?

    - Enforcement of copyrights and protection of intellectual property over internet is still a dream in most countries and in some countries these laws are not even applicable, forget about enforcing their implementation. And there is every chance of copying the source code and creating a new product altogether and ruining the vBSEO software market in a single day. Would you take such a chance, had you created a unique product. No product comes even a mile near to the features vBSEO has to offer.

    - Just a vague example, daniweb.com (owner) used to charge $200 for making vb3.0.x series SE friendly and that was one time only and once the new version was released, we again have to shell out that much. vBSEO is completely version independent product. So, until and unless something drastically changes in the structure of vBulltein software. The SEO implementaion on your forums is a minutes game. And, you can well imagine, what is more costlier in the long run.

    - In three months, my website which has a overall PR of 5 and forums are PR4 but now even my subforums have been upgraded to PR3 in google and many threads PR2-3. I think that a gr8 achievement for a smallish forum like mine.

I think vbseo is a gr8 product for any forum. TRUST is the name of the game on internet, my dear friend...

    Regards
