where&how to start with forum SEO?

Hey,

I am launching a new website, and I want to have forum SEO features from the start. Actually, I would like to talk with Mr. Mert Gökçeimam over the phone if possible, since I am also from Turkey. I've sent him a PM.

I am still trying to decide between phpbb and vbulletin. Also, I've found a similar company online to yours at magic-seo-url.com/phpb/ ... can you compare to some extent the advantages/disadvantages of going with phpbb or vbulletin?

In the meantime, can you guide me to the appropriate links for the installation of:

1) Vbulletin (i need to inform my programmers)
2) Vbseo (again my programmers would need clear instructions)
3) vbseo 2.0 skin (it is so elegant)
4) Turkish localization of the user interface of Vbulletin and vbseo (I am not interested so much in admin menu localization, but the users of the forum will be mainly Turkish speakers)

One more question: Can I set the forum such that it will work with 2 languages? Separating them as forumtr.domainname.com forumen.domainname.com is definitely an idea, but I was perhaps thinking to make all headings with Turkish + English (english being in paranthesis).... Instruct me please how I can attract both English and Turkish speaking forum users...
