The installation instructions are included in the download, and the descriptions of each option are shown in the vBSEO control panel beside each option.

How do I know which one to download? There is one script at the top of the downloads page that says I need to run it before I download but the script had no instructions with it.

The test script will tell you which version of vBSEO will work on your server. You just upload it to your server, and browse to it in your web browser.
Then, once you purchase vBSEO, you'll know which version to download.
