When do I add vbseo when migrating phpbb to vbulletin?
I'm intending to move my large phpbb forum to vbulletin, which order would be the correct way to do this:

1. Install vbulletin, import posts from existing forum, add vbseo
or
2. Install vbulletin, add vbseo, import posts from existing forum
