About LinkBacksI have only been running a forum for a couple of weeks and it is fast growing with already 250+ members and at some point I want to get VBSEO, is there any point getting it at such an early stage ? or is there like a set level of activity that is really needed to get effective results ?

install from day one if it's within your budget. That way, no garbage URL's ever make it to the SE's, or out there linking to you.
