What is support like.

I am new to the dedicated server. I have had vbulletin for almost a year, and feel my site is at a hold, its no longer growing.

I've had problems with google wanting to get my site high on the search engines. I feel my site may be badly ranked on google and other search engines because its not properly seo optermised.

So now im thinking of buying this.

However, what is the support like, at getting everything installed and set up and working.

Is it up to me to install it all, or will you guys provide help along the way, as im new to using SSH and if I need to install zend or any other software, I probably will need help.

but if its just a plugin for vbulletin, that will be a breeze.

Also, Whats the link to buy it. and whats included, I read somewhere that a few other programs are included, and was not sure what they were fully.

But just wondering overall the support.

Support here is very good. I can't name one problem that has gone un-answered since i've been a user here.
