Hello Ivan ,
The hack at vbulletin.org is vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator and that hack basicly creates sitemaps of your page which you can submit to your google webmasters account or Yahoo site explorer account.
However vBSEO is vBulletin search engine optimization mod. Basicly it rewrites vBulletin dynamic url's to standart urls in order to prevent duplicate content , increase keyword density with having keywords inside url and lots of other features.Mert Gökçeimam / Crawlability Inc.

you are confusing 2 products.
vBSEO makes an SEO product AND a sitemap product.
the sitemap product is free and is available at .org
the SEO product is not free, and is available for purchase here
