What can VbSeo do for me?

Hello,

For a long while I have been looking into VBSeo as an option for my site, in an attempt to gain new users via search engines which we are lacking currently. Like many others the high investment has put me off, especially if it makes little to no impact. After reading the different testimonials im moving closer and closer to parting with the funds. However before I do I would like to know what VbSeo could do for my site. My site targets the audience of a singler game series known as the Legend Of Mir. Despite the user activity of over 200 users daily and many posts (not as many as I like in public areas but still alot) im disapointed by my sites standing. Several sites which I know are less active are positioned higher than me, even sites on free webspace. So my question is simple, I dont know how google and other search engines work but will this put me higher on the rankings. Maybe help by explaining how google ranks sites, and what VbSeo does to increase this.

that is correct. Im worried I will buy and it will not utilise correctly what I am after. The only motive I have is getting it up the rankings on these key words "legend of mir" "Mir 2", so that if someone is looking for a guide via search engines mine will be a real option rather than on page 20

I was in the same situation as you when I owned my community site.. I was showing up on Page 20 while other sites I was competing against were showing up on Pages 4 and higher for my target keywords.

After purchasing vBSEO I can vouch that it did indeed work perfectly. With vBSEO and vBSEO sitemap running I jumped from Page 20 of Googles results to the top of Page 1 for all my targeted keywords and all search engines.

My URL rewrite settings can be found here if you want to use them when you purchase vBSEO:

Basically it'll use the url format http://www.domainname.com/forum-name/topicid/

Example:
http://www.vbseo.com/pre-sales/3671/

One funny thing was no matter what topic someone posted in my general gaming forums about another game (for example GUN: The Game) I was showing up high on Page 1 for those keywords as well. So I was bringing in quite abit of traffic for other games as well heh.

So yeah I hope you really do consider the purchase, the amount you spend is well worth the results.

Interesting link format ADM. Did you find that using simply the topic ID was better than using the title in the URL also?

To be honest it was more of a aesthetic reason more then anything. If you are just targeting one or two keywords and don't really have a broad range site then I personally think it's better to stick with topic id's only, more focus on the parts of the site/url that matter.

If you are trying to target a wide-range of keywords then yeah I'd say the topic titles would be better.
