Paypal is the only system we are able to send any affiliate earnings to.

If you have a Paypal account, enter it in your affiliate control panel.

You purchased an Upgrade Service. We can only apply that to Active licenses, yours will need to be renewed.

As per your other thread, we have flagged that transaction for refund, you will need to purchase a Renewal.

If you had purchased a Renewal, it would have been applied to your license immediately.
