Very Urgent
If I upload the files without the product (I want to install the files then show a admin how to install a plunging/product for future reference) all I am worried about is will the file (alone) affect the board in the meantime.

I think, as long as you don't upload the .htaccess file you wont feel a difference.
If you upload the .htaccess without the product then I think you'll get errors.

Thats what me thinks to, I will upload .htaccess as htaccess.txt and see what happens.
