Very custom VB forum... is that a problem?

I've customized the crap out of my forum, is that going to be a problem?

Customizations include a few vb.org mods and load of templates edits..

Does VBSEO try to do any template edits? Are the templates affected at all? Like how does VBSEO make the forum give you keyword rich urls instead of the the showthread.php?123....

Editing templates should never be a problem, they are not affected in any way. It depends on just the filenames for basic functioning and url rewriting.
