vbSEO transfer license

Hi,

There has been change of management in one of the forums we handle.

While logged into admincp, we find an option which says vBSEO, but drilling down further it says 'No' under 'VBSEO installed'.

I'm not sure if vBSEO has been bought earlier. How can I find out more details about this ? If we've already paid for the license, how can we transfer it to reflect under current management ?

Note: The previous management is not available for questioning, else I definitely wouldn't be here

Are you sure this is not the sitemap generator? It's the only thing that comes to mind that has a 'vbseo installed?' option on it.

The sitemap is a free product available at vb.org.

'SITEMAP', it is. So that means that we haven't yet purchased vBSEO, right ?

How do I figure out if it is installed or not ?

There's no way for me to tell if your site has a license without knowing what your site is you can pm me the url if you don't want to post it.

But, if you don't have access to the owner, there's not much we can do about it. We only PUSH licenses from current owner to new, not pull. This is for the security of our customers. Only the owner on file can request a move.
