    vBSEO support ticket

    I try to create a new support ticket but every time i get this message: "The support ticket you are trying to create has already been submitted."

    Any suggestions?

    Perhaps you already had the ticket with the same title opened in the past - try to select different ticket title or reopen the old one.

    I'm having a different kind of issue, but it does involve the support system. I purchased the license earlier today, and after reading that it needs to be manually approved, figured on getting it tomorrow.

    The first thing I noticed when I went through the paypal process is that my user name didn't follow me to the checkout, so after I got the receipt, I pm'd to your orders department with all the info.

    I received an email a couple hours later saying that the order was approved and gave me the download link - however, it also said that my user name was needed before I could download.

    So, I emailed back a copy of the PM that I had sent earlier.

    I still haven't been given permission to download, and furthermore, I was trying to submit a support ticket so that I didn't have to drag this issue onto the forums, but your support center says I have to "upgrade", i.e., buy the software, first.

    I'm sorry, but after reading through the other posts about getting orders squared away, I'm going to post this here to make sure I don't fall through the cracks.

    I don't have a problem with waiting for 24hr verification, but since my order was approved - I'm beginning to wonder if something went wrong.
