vBSEO for site with just one registered user so far

    Hello,

I understand the list of features and wht vBSEO can eventually offer me. But as my site is brand new, only has one registered user (that's me), has has like 3 short posts, there really isn't anything to optimize yet. There might be 3 paragraph of keywords from the 3 posts that I posted.

So can you give me more detail or explanation on how vSEO can help my brand new forum right now. It's a brand new infant, not even a couple days old for the forum website. Will vBSEO be able to bring in more search engine traffic from the few posts I have (literally 3 short posts) and hopefully as posts continue to grow more keywords will be added that will bring in more traffic.

I'm asking this because I understand vBSEO is for search engine optimization, but is there anything really for vBSEO to optimize with my site since it's brand new.

    Thanks!

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

Having vBSEO installed from the beginning will ensure that every post you ever created is SEO-ed instantly. You'll never have to worry about an update process (re-indexing) later.

However, you also should not expect much traffic (if any) from your 3 short posts unless they were carefully crafted with selected keywords you can rank for.

The true long tail SEO power kicks into full gear as your content set grows. If you do not plan to create a log of content in the near future, then you could wait a little longer to install vBSEO.

For the ultimate success of your forum, you should have vBSEO installed, and start generating content and attracting new posting users as quickly as you can.
