Is vBSEO right for for me?

Hi there, I am the owner of a small gaming community and I was looking to add vBSEO to my forums.
I've heard from few people that vBSEO may not be right for me since its a small community, I hear that its only good for larger communities and it might not be worth it for me..
I am looking to make my forums bigger and I want to eventually draw some revenue for the community.
I currently use vBulletin 4.1.4 right now with vBadvanced as my CMS page.

vBSEO is good for any community. If you want to increase your traffic , vBSEO is the best thing you can invest at.

Is it simple to install VBSeo? Is it just plug and play?
Does this work with vBadvanced CMPS?

vBSEO installatin takes max 2 minutes. It is simple as uploading files and importing product file. Yes vBSEO works with most vBulletin Addons including vBadvanced Cmps

vBSEO can be used both on big or small communities

Question, is it better for example The 47 Ronin or www.47r-squad.com/forum/
I've seen forums that just use forum.php for example satelliteguys.us/forum.php instead of forum/
I also seen forums that use the "f#" as the folder, does that help anyway your page ranking?
I never understood the difference.
I use vBadvanced, will it be wise for me to make vbseo look like the forums are in a folder /forum/ or should I make a thread look like this when browsing the forums: www.47r-squad.com/General Discussion/Thread XXXXX?

I haven't bought vbseo yet, just few questions I want answered before I buy.

forum.php is the default script name in vb4 of the forum home. Some chose to re-write it, some chose to leave it as is.
f# is just an option of using IDs instead of using the name if you want shorter urls and in cases where your categories don't really offer any rank value to the url (as in generic words).
You can set up your site however you want it to appear. vbseo is flexible. It ships with 8 presets, and you can customize anything you want from there to just about anything, so long as it doesn't conflict with another rule (all must be unique as a 'string' can't match two script.php pages... only 1)
