vBSEO, is it the right choice?

I own a design shop and I would like to know if vBSEO would be right for me. The site uses 3 modules; vbAdvanced, GARS, and vbdigishop. Will vBSEO help with the pages generated by these modules? The main content of my site is using the vbAdvanced and vbdigishop modules. My obvious goal is to increase the traffic to my site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it works well with vbAdvanced for sure, not sure about vbdigishop but i bet if it integrates into vBulletin, it will with vbSEO as well

Are there any screen shots or a demo of the administration panel? Also is there any documentation on the full features of this product?
