my info.php in my server shows...
this is enough to install vbseo?This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:

OK, here is what my Win2k3, IIS server says when running the test script.

It appears that you can run our IonCube version. Please proceed with your order. If you run into any trouble during installation, you can post a support ticket to have a vBSEO Team member assist you.

Would I need to install ISAPI_rewrite before installing or is that no longer a requirement for Windows 2003? Thanks!

Yes - you do need the ISAPI_rewrite.
