I have a few questions before I buy sometime this week coming.

1. Will vbSEO work on vBulletin 3.7.0 or newer?
2. Will vbSEO be compatable with vBulletin Blogs + vBulletin Project Tools?
3. Will vbSEO work on vBadvanced 3.0 or newer?
4. Will vbSEO be compatable with vBadvanced Links Directory?

1. As you can check vBSEO forums are using vBulletin 3.7.0 Beta 3 live. Also as you can check tags , group pages are all rewritten. As soon as Jelsoft releases vBulletin 3.7.0 Gold vBSEO will release an updated version.

2. vBSEO currently is fully compatible with vBulletin Blogs and you can use different url structure according to your needs. vBulletin Project Tools is compatible by CRR however within the next version of vBSEO it will also be 100% compatible.

3/4. vBSEO is compatible with all vBulletin hacks including vBadvanced 3.0 and vBadvanced Links directory

But does it rewrite the vBadvanced Links Directory as I do not see any sites that use vBadvanced Links Directory and vbSEO to rewrite there URL.

PS - I forgot to ask wen I buy vbSEO do I have to purchase the "vBSEO Branding Removal Option" or can I buy this if I want at a later date?

You can use Custom Rewrite Rule for vBadvanced Link Directory.

You can purchase Branding Removal Option any time you want.

Been testing vbSEO for the past few days and I have to say it's one of the best plugins for vBulletin I have ever purchased.

I have vbadvanced, just installed the plugin, uploaded the .htaccess to both my root folder and my forum folder.

Not seeing it work yet. Do I need my license key for this to work? When do I get my license key?

.htaccess should be upload in forum folder only.
