vbSEO Owner cannot register with forums

Hey everyone,

I wasn't sure where to post this (or if I could PM an admin about the issue), but maybe some members here may know.....

A member over at Webmaster-Talk is having trouble with registering with the vbSEO forums and I'm trying to help him out.

He already owns the vbSEO software, but for some reason is getting errors when trying to register here, and his emails were going unanswered.

If anyone could know why he's getting errors registering, it would be a great help for him. Here is the thread where we're having problems:

What error is he getting exactly when trying to register?

Its giving him a 404 error when he hits the register button according to the thread link provided

Just tried registering, and I also am getting this error. Thead is flagged for appropriate staff.

It seems to be related to reCaptcha verification system. I've change to "Image verification" and it works now.

Thank you for resolving this issue promptly, I was able to register and download the software.

Edit: The error seemed to propagate to the "Contact" link in vb, so I was unable to reach anyone here -- it may be of help in future to have a contact option for support that does not soley rely on the forum platform.
