SEO

i hate seo, know nothing about it but i think i need it to get to next level.

is it maintance free? install and go? maybee pump in a few urls and keywords then forget its there?

and i see alot of posts in vb.org about different hacks and vbseo compatibility or compliant.... whats that mean? that if i install vbseo some hacks wont work? or it breaks the functions of vbseo and this program does nothing for the whole site? or it just dosent recongnize that paticular page but still functions on the rest of my site?

no offense but seo is very boring... if i can install and forget it and it works... ill take it!
