I am curious about the first line in the "Miscellaneous" of your Licensing Agreement:

Privacy is my utmost concern and I expect that my personal information is kept in the strictest of confidence. When you refer to "names of registered users of vBSEO" do you mean what I enter in PayPal or my vBSEO forum user name, which is, Freesteyelz? (*Note that my "Real Name" entry for this forum is Freesteyelz) If other, please explain.

I have heard great things about vBSEO and I'm serious about acquiring your software. In fact, I was in the process of purchasing it when I came across your Licensing terms. Please let me know.

Yes definitely. It does sound like we would reserve the right to use/publish your real name, and I can assure you that that would never be the case - I'll have this section revised and changed acordingly so that it is no longer a concern.
