Vbseo - how they let a customer down review

I was eligible for gravity insights as a licenced customer on september 20th 2010 when you released it as a download to us. I never got the chance to download it in time and unfortunetly my licence expired on the 23rd - 3 days.. Just 3 days AFTER you released it

Now instead of you guys saying ok you were licensed when we released it and we can see that in your account. We will honor it and provide you with gravity

OH NO.. that would be too much. You guys are struggling for money so much that you wont work with a customer who has been loyal to your product since you released vbseo from day one. I have mentioned vbseo in many internet marketing ebooks ( I'm going to remove those now and let people know on the warrior forum ( massive internet marketing forum ) how you let me down as a customer. I will take to twitter as well.

I cant believe you guys. I'm very disappointed in your company and I will not be renewing again because of this, because you would not release what I was allowed to download on the 20th but as soon as the 23rd hit because i hadnt downloaded you are now refusing to give it.
