    vBSEO Customer Account Tools - Manage Your Licenses & Renewals

    The vBSEO Customer Accounts Tools are available on each customer's downloads page:
    http://www.vbseo.com/downloads/



    • Your downloads page includes a section called "Your vBSEO Licenses" that lists each license currently assigned to your account.
    • If any of your licenses are expired, a "Renew" link will be provided to the right of the license. You can click it to begin your renewal checkout ($35).
    • Under the license list, you will find a drop down menu containing several items allowing you to take further actions for your account. This is called the Account Tools drop down.
    • Simply select an action from the list, and click the "Go" button to proceed.
    Note: A link to purchase additional vBSEO licenses is also available under the license list. If you meet our Bulk Discount criteria for a discount on your next license purchase, the price will be indicated there. Click the link to proceed with your order, with the discount applied.

    Account Tools Include:
    • Create Support Ticket - A quick link to our vBSEO Priority Support Ticketing System.
    • Add Priority Support Users - Add other users to your account so that they can access support on your behalf.
    • Edit Customer Profile - Your customer profile information is used to generate your invoices.
    • Purchase Renewal for Expired License - When your license expires, there is a $35 fee to renew and get access to upgrades and the Priority Support Ticketing System for 1 additional year.
    • Purchase Copyright Removal Option - Remove the vBSEO Copyright notice from your forum.
    • Purchase Install Service - For new licenses, our vBSEO Total Support Team will complete the installation for you.
    • Purchase Upgrade Service - For existing vBSEO-enabled forums, our vBSEO Total Support Team will complete a vBSEO software upgrade for you.
    • Report Piracy/License Violations - Help us stamp out piracy. Report any violations you discover.

    You can also register 3 additional usernames of people who will receive prioritized support under this account. These users are individuals entrusted to work on your vB/vBSEO who may need access to our support ticket system or member-only site features.

    Are we supposed to add an email address like we do on vbulletin.com, or another licensed vBSEO client who is already registered here?

    It should be a username of account on vbseo.com forum (not email address), it could be any user (not only customers profiles).

    upgrade option is not appearing

    The upgrade account option is not appearing for us. We purchased an VBSEO on March 21, 2007. Invoice # 3669305888.

    What do we do?
