Arrow Usefulness of vbseo by using it without URL settings

Currently I have a very good SEO rating and do not want to use vbseo for rewriting my urls. So there are some functions within vbseo that are not url related:

    - rewrite next & previous links on showthread with real titles
    - using hx html tags for contents

Is that right and are there other things vbseo could do for me that are not url related? What about current 3.7 beta version, I am running it and is vbseo 3.1 working on 3.7 beta version? Thank you in advance.

We are successfully running vBSEO 3.1.0 with vBulletin 3.7. However, we prefer customers wait for an official customized release of vBSEO before proceeding. This will ensure that we have discovered and fixed any possible incompatibilities, and added support for the new URL formats.

Note: You can view the demo to see the hundreds of SEO features/configuration options available:

Also: Although, it would be highly unconventional, we could actually set-up a customized URL rewrite that would maintain the look of the vBulletin dynamic URLs, but still achieve vBSEO's link consistency and consensus:
Pin the Tail on the SEO Donkey (with Link Consensus)!

Is there a setting to disable url rewriting and if where is this setting? Thank you in advance.

Every URL rewrite feature can be disabled in vBSEO Control Panel (i.e. "Rewrite thread URLs", "Rewrite Forumdisplay URLs" etc).

Does vbseo include google adsense "content highlightning" to declare some content more important than other?

Yes, there is "Enable Adsense Section Targeting" option in vbseocp for that.
