URL Structur

Hi,

i think about to buy the vbseo Plugin, but will maybe wait until vBulletin 4.0 is released.

I use at the Moment the zoints seo plugin and want to switch to vBseo without destroying my site.

So my URL Structur is:

Posts URLs
/forum/grafikkarten-monitore-f3.html (without Cat in the URL)

Forum ULRs
/forum/cpu-mainboards-f2.html

Other URLs like Members and so on, are not changed by Zoints SEO

SO MY QUESTIONS
1. By Default the URL Structur of vBeso is a lit diffrent. Can i set up the same URL Structure like above by making little changes in the vBeso .htaccess File or is it a bigger thing?
2. How the vBulletin 4 Relase will effekt vBseo? I read they will implement searchengine friendly URLs (but when i look at the searchengine friendly archiv they set up, than i must say, they don't have a idea what searchengine friendly means)
3. Here in the vBeso Forum the archive URLs are redirectet to right URls, so the archiv is no duplicate Content clon like in many other forums. Is that a standard function of the vBseo Plugin?

vBSEO will fully support vBulletin 4 when vB 4 reaches Gold

If you are using Zoints , you have two alternatives

• Customize your url structure to match Zoints rewrite rules
• You can redirect Zoints entries via .htaccess to Zoints urls.

Yes , redirecting archive threads to regular threads is a vBSEO option.
