Upgrading my vbulleten board to the latest version and installing vbseo

Hi,

I run an online forum, i have supreme problems with spammers,i need to fix this some how, upgrade my board to the 4.x newest version with ajax preferably, get vbseo installed and running with all re-writes as we call it. i want to get the cost for the efforts plus the cost that i need to invest in the licenses here, i also suffer from spam bots posting all day, i want to allow new members to post so i dont want to restrict their feature by having x number of posts before creating a thread, i would welcome quotes from you vb gurus out there.
